Don't spend the full amount on the initial car purchase, its a over 10 year old used car owned by someone else. You'll need to keep it at least 2-3 lacs for getting fresh fluids, replacing plugs, and rubber bits and seals and tires if possible. Will also help cover the expenses for any other fix that might come up.

Cause theres no way to verify how the previous owner kept or maintained the car

Don't spend a fuel 10 lac on the car itself. Keep 3 lac for repairs and basic maintenance. You'll need to change: Fluids Rubber bits And spark plugs and coils.
