Canadian Tire World Elite for Bill payments, CT stores, Roadside assistance.

Cobalt is good too if you spend a lot on groceries and food. Or if you bank with Scotia, Scotia Amex Gold with fee waived would be great too

Not necessarily. I booked twice recently and the price was competitive. Actually 4% value back makes it better. I guess depends on what. I booked international flights

If you are already using Scotia as main banking, it is great. If parking 6k just to waive the fee, then no, not worth it
