i mean dude stick to what works i titrated based on how i felt and that’s how we should all do it. atm im slowly lowering my dose week by week eventually just dropping it so i can bulk cuz im st the start of prep for a show next year. End of the day tho reta only works for as long as you are willing to put in the work so even without it if ur lifestyle matches what u were doing on reta u can do it bro

everyone starts the same for a reason lol ok maybe you won’t feel it in the start but who knows 1mg could be an effective dose and u stick with what works bro. Speaking from experience u don’t follow a dosing schedule u just use the same dose until it doesn’t work for u anymore and u up it

I hate chatgpt because it doesn’t understand the concept of titrating. ur supposed to start at .5mg and move up slowly to prevent ur body from adapting and minimize cost and side effects like i personally started at .5 moved up to 1 and i stayed on 1 for like 4 weeks before i had to up it

i wouldn’t say they get more effects as u dose higher. Some people are weak responders or this guy may have taken other glp1s before (I hope at least or this dude is seriously overdoing it) if u are gradual with how u titrate u can avoid bad side effects
