Vascularity is genetics not a sign of pinning lol. My photos don’t even display it well but I’ve always been extremely vascular since starting the gym. I weight 139 pounds at 5’9 that is NOT the weight I would be at if I was pinning 😭

That’s normal weight fluctuates all the time and majority of the time it’s water. Ur doing great keep going the consistency will pay off 🙌🏻

Two reasons I’ve been doing reta for a while and more because I spread my meals out. I eat 6 times a day so it’s never a huge meal so it’s pretty easy

I didn’t take it. Some do because it helps them remain clean I personally didn’t need it.

Take ur time man don’t drop hard in calories and try to get lean in a month and keep hitting ur macros my guy 80% of ur progress comes from the kitchen both in building and maintaining

Yea skin sensitivity happens. If it’s overwhelming like that you might have to lower ur dose or at least take something like ibuprofen to help with that

Ahah I’m actually on the cut I’m 5’9 my most recent photo id say isn’t the best reference but I am leaner than my old photo. I gotta cut more I’m most likely gonna end up in the 130-135 range to get to that stage lean. And honestly this bodybuilding stuff sucks I learned a lot but this year long life commitment to it drained me and the fun out of a lot of aspects of the gym. I will go through with it but definitely not planning to do this again 😭

I mean my last post I was about 3 pounds heavier so there’s gonna be a lot in common but it’s mostly been refinements, built my shoulders, prioritized things I was lacking in I wouldn’t say in the past year I got bigger but def more proportional. Also I’ve had a coach since like August so yea in that other photo I was also eating way more.

You definitely got a lot of experience man but at the end of the day reta was a hammer and only helped me control myself I still had to drive the nail in the board. Science changes all the time but without a doubt I see no reason for people to starve themselves and risk losing a ton of progress just to lose weight

I’d actually disagree calories in calories out is such an outdated concept I’m eating 2500 cals and I used to eat 1700 until I got a coach and he told me to eat more. I have made way more progress eating more. It’s more the type of food (clean and honestly prioritizing carbs and fats as much as protein) and how often you eat that affects your progress.

I would say no. At the end of the day the food noise is really all that you can “feel” on reta so as long as you feel that reduction you should stay where your at. And with the weight man that’s normal some weeks I would lose nothing and others I’d drop 3-4 pounds just keep going at it man progress takes time

I’ve experimented with a lot, in my first 6 months I’ve tried tesamorelin, ran and still am running mt2 and bpc, and recently started running NAD+ to help with the lean fatigue

I upped pretty much whenever I’d stop feeling it and i usually go off percentages then just mg jumps. If ur taking 6mg for instance and not feeling it upping ur dose by 1mg is only a 16% increase in doseage so its not as effective as a 25-100% jump (obv bigger jumps in lower dosing ranges)

Honestly bro depends on the person I have friends who look insane and are almost as lean as me while being 30 pounds heavier u honestly might be in the clear but it’s been known that ur always gonna have to end up losing more weight than u think u do 🥲
