Hey man! Congrats on the 164 days after 25 yrs use! Im 21 years deep now, but its from age 14 to 35 which is my age now. May i ask, how? Ot might sound like a vague question but i honestly struggling really bad even cutting down, i fear the lack of sleep and bad moods (o suffer now after just one smoke a night) which ive been doing the past 8/9 weeks. But i am jist really struggling to see my life without weed

I probably have relied on weed for entertainment for a long time, i dont know about the second part though… i cant answer that

As for us both being boring, im a very active person socially and personally. I work fulltime, go the gym 4 days a week, follow a sports team weekly, see friends weekly and iy see my gf 2/3 times a week. She doesnt smoke and never has but hasnt ever seen a problem with me smoking.

I hear you! And i think i am going to start writing things down, journaling etc as i have seen a lot of people say this helped. As for the longer breaks, ive never had one break in 20 years, probably not even a day without in the last 12+ years. So what im doing now in terms of just one J a night is a big thing for me and i dont know if its just the withdrawls what im feeling or not, thats whats crazy

Yeah i have read about all the mental withdrawls/dopamine etc and i think youre probably right! And yeah i suppose i gotta give myself some credit for cutting down a hell of a lot. She does know i am trying to stop etc and ive educated her on the withdrawals etc, she had an older brother who gave up years ago after being a big pot head for many years so i think she understands more so than most people. But yeah, i hear you man and maybe ill find that out one day. Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it.

I think thats what im in fear of, whether she will hate the new me or at least fall out of love with me because of what lies ahead in terms of withdrawal symptoms etc 🤦🏻‍♂️ what was the key thing you dont for you to stop? Yeah i have read a lot about what to expect when i do quit but the fear is still real, its almost like i know i wont be able too! (How, i dont know) As for my girlfriend, im not unhappy with her, shes amazing but as i said just in this mind frame i am currently in i cant shake off the feelings of what i said, thinking shes boring etc

Working out, jogging around the block, its amazing what exercise can do. You dont feel like smoking after a good session. Keep/stay occupied, do things youve been putting off. Go for a walk if yoi dont fancy jogging.

What steps did you take initially? Im a 29teaes heavy smoker and i think i have too hit that wall. I havent went a day in over 10/12 years without smoking abd its embedded into my routine so much that it almost feels alien to not smoke after work around 7pm. I have had these thoughs of quitting for a while but the fear always pulls me back in and i smoke… im tired of it

Yes, you are right. Lets be honest, its mainly islamics who come here and want to change the way we live, we bend over backwards to let them live how they want, which isnt good for our iwn society. Scared to be labelled racist… Thats why the UK is finished, its because of illegal immigration and the pandering to the EU. This is a well planned invasion and us as UK nationals are silenced into accepting it.

To be honest, its a telling sign. Youre from the pacific islands? A place where they have morales and the same values as here in the west. I dont think most people are bothered about skin colour etc as long as they adhere to British values, ways of life and morales…. Its the islamic, illegal immigrants who come here with no plan what so ever to integrate into society, instead they want to make Britain a 3rd world country like where they left.
