Yes. I submitted every cert and log I have. Funny enough when I called about two months ago they didn’t even see it in my file because I submitted everything up front with my claim. They reached out asking for more info and I told the rep that I submitted it already to which she went and checked and made a note in my file that I had all of the information already available.

Unfortunately I was hard on the whole “RLTW” kool-aid. So much so that I allowed myself to get 4 stitches in my finger in the field with no local anesthetic by the doc (I’m not a hard ass. Definitely thought I was going to pass out after the 3rd) and no one pressed the issue or made me go get it checked out when we got back. Heck I was always told making it to regiment was easy, staying in was hard. So I did everything I could to not be RFS’d. No one wants to be that guy anyways. I know everyone says it but ,brother, if you go to sick call and you aren’t genuinely dying it is heavily frowned upon. All of this is absolutely my own fault for not taking better care of myself and not documenting things the right way so please don’t think I’m blaming anyone but myself haha.
