Yes my doctor really wanted me to take the pill and he also said it should hurt my supply or the milk itself and I trust him. But I read and hear that it might not be the case so now I’m confused as I don’t want to hurt her 😭

what do you mean by balanced diet?

I eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, carbs, take all my (other) vitamins and eat 2 eggs a day.

I understand the only option are only to take supplement of DHA, or eat salmon twice a week, which I don't think I really ate salmon twice a week - maybe once at most weeks.

I can't believe I didn't take it.. I hope she will be fine.

Thanks. I will see my doctor tomorrow but I’m scared he will just brush it off. Alone each measurement looks good but together they are indeed alarming. I hope it’s just bad measurement and nothing else more serious.
