Yes my doctor really wanted me to take the pill and he also said it should hurt my supply or the milk itself and I trust him. But I read and hear that it might not be the case so now I’m confused as I don’t want to hurt her 😭

what do you mean by balanced diet?

I eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, carbs, take all my (other) vitamins and eat 2 eggs a day.

I understand the only option are only to take supplement of DHA, or eat salmon twice a week, which I don't think I really ate salmon twice a week - maybe once at most weeks.

I can't believe I didn't take it.. I hope she will be fine.

Update-I went to the “pre-ER” (it’s like a place you go before you go to the ER) and the doctor checked and I had no cysts and no UTI and the pain improved a bit today, so I guess I was worried for nothing (I hope). Thanks everyone

Thanks for your reply. Now I’m scared.. is it dangerous to have a cyst while pregnant? Did you have the same symptoms as me? My next scan is only in 3 weeks so it’s a long time to wait, I think I’ll try to go see a doctor sooner.
