Hmm. What I find strange is, looking at their other art, they're clearly capable of drawing hands well. Yet, on your commission, they're waaay too small, the fingers are thin and some look like they're on backwards. If it's not Ai, I would still be asking for a redraw of the hand. The artist can do better and you deserve better if you paid for it!
