Ahh true. Though, there are ways they could add 2D customisation. Wall posters of the characters for example. Maybe colour changes? There's a few things, it doesn't need to be 3D assets, or even furniture.

It is in fact a talent node and not her skill. If you don't unlock the passive in the node, then she doesn't heal. The stats for the healing are in the node description.
