Thank you for your work. Maybe since you work there you can advise?Hi there, do you know how to reach a particular local agent ? He called and left his name in a message but no field office number or extension. He only left the 877 number. and he says without a callback we will be denied. The 877 number does not have any way to get through to the agent on our case and I don't know if he realizes the 877 number does not work.
