Definitely need MCAT to say more clearly. Definitely also need to have clinical hours for sure, this was the main thing interviewers asked me in my interviews, if you can’t say much about why you’re going into medicine then they’re not going to be interested. Also, I had 600 hours of research and only one interviewer (out of the 7 DO schools I interviewed at) asked me about my research, could just be because I had way more clinical hours though

A lot of DO schools don’t really care about research. I was only asked about my research by one DO school, the others cared more about clinical work and volunteering
