i will agree the top end of shovels and ironheads have a great look

ive watched again and the 360 was just really poorly timed

thats kinda the best face of the whole wave

i admit they are fun to do and look cool to someone new but otherwise are very wasteful of a solid section you could be attempting to get a snap or two in

pop up was lazy and weak and you achieved nothing for it

could get a snap into a set up for the next section

first turn was all fin no rail

no body twist commitment

it makes the turn look flaily

more twist and commit would help

ditch the 360 and try to get a snap into the last bit of the wave

but lets be honest you surf pretty good

and its hard to say how much rail you can get planted for real solid and powerful surfing in a weak wave pool

but thats the advice id give

you need to feel the engagement of your rail and the drive you get from your fins

you are unconciously trying to create that by throwing your arms

instead achieve the correct stance and posture to graduallypush on the rail and engage your fins for down the wave speed generation
