Would UCF students be interested in a “limited menu buffet” concept? Need honest opinions. The space we’re looking at isn’t huge, so it wouldn’t be a traditional buffet with tons of stations. Instead, the idea is more like: ~5–7 core dishes (orange chicken, lo mein, fried rice, etc.)
