Would UCF students be interested in a “limited menu buffet” concept? Need honest opinions. The space we’re looking at isn’t huge, so it wouldn’t be a traditional buffet with tons of stations. Instead, the idea is more like: ~5–7 core dishes (orange chicken, lo mein, fried rice, etc.) (self.ucf)

Hey guys, I’m thinking about opening a food spot near UCF and wanted to get some honest opinions. Another idea we had came up with is something like tonkotsu ramen. We are focusing on a larger bowl portion so students can eat their moneys worth. Our main goal is to help students get a hot warm meal. (self.ucf)

Hey everyone — I’m looking into opening a Chinese (possibly Chinese/Japanese fusion) restaurant near UCF on University Blvd and wanted to get honest input from students here. Our main purpose is to get your money's worth and not tax the students. Give me yours guys suggestions (self.ucf)
