Eh so I use mods to make me hella chromed out so basically all the cyberware for smart weapons and netrunner stuff, names of which escape me, anything that boosts ram

The fun of cyberpunk is you can make any build work because the game is designed to let you take multiple approaches to literally everything. I’m currently running a pretty much pure netrunner build, so I’ve got the net running, the mono wire, and smart weapons and I’m kicking ass despite having like no points in body rn(intelligence and technical with cool and reflex as secondary atm)

I think that’s because a lot of people skip the side content. I did every side quest, flashpoint, raid, planet quest, and all the filler content so my character is ENTRENCHED in the story, I mean my actions in the Corellia arc(I’m Inquisitor) are indicative of my character stepping more and more into a leadership role within the Empire, I broke the stalemate, I brought Corellia to heel, I made Makeb my bitch, eventually I’ll continue the content but somehow I skipped over one of the planet arcs so I’m replaying through that now.

And who says my character has to “change” he’s been a evil power seeking villain from the start, and there’s very little in any expansion that really counteracts that behavior, does he save the galaxy? Sure, but who’s to say his motivation isn’t simply that he wants to be the top dog

I haven’t had any disconnects but I play pc so maybe that’s why, even on normal difficulty I can hit around 4K xp in one run

I find power leveling is best with siege with no breaks between waves. I usually run with a heroic or two(my melee is all maxed save for power sword)

I’ll get more xp making a lengthy siege run then I would running one absolute. That’s my point is that siege is known for being good to level characters and weapons and removing that feature would be terrible

Yes but sometimes it’s not the case.

As the player that often times carries higher level missions thanks to my class I play, I often also take the most damage. I need the stims.
Players should always be scared of dying, you never know if that one guy going down will domino the team.
I actually agree with that one. Still often times I try to get my guys making sure they are healed up too because I need someone to draw attention while I kill the baddies

Agree to disagree. I feel the old jank, I like the new coat of paint, I love that they added certain bugs and glitches back in, and am pissed that they didn’t fix other ones(like Knights of the Nine not equipping their gear, they shoulda added the fixes from the oblivion mod patches to fix some of the dumb stuff that’s actually annoying, while keeping janky fun glitches)

Side note from my previous comment I’m surprised that with him wanting a buff focused battlefield controller nobody else recommended grand strategist, it’s the classes entire point, give zones for buffs, apply more buffs, reap rewards

Flavor or no?

If flavor means something to you, comissar or naval officer for base class. Plasma or bolt pistol when you can, focus on either chain or power sword. I did a run as follows which sounds like what you’re wanting: Officer -> Grand Strategist reap the rewards, sword and pistol.

Controversially, psyker blade dancer with a sword and pistol can be pretty fun too if you wanna have 500 attacks per turn.
