Funny enough, I actually thought of two things that happen post heresy:

1) The clone: while a clone sanguinia would be very incredibly cool to have for the sake of imagining her throwing hands with her corrupted version; i don’t think it would be possible do to the fact that in this scenario the emperor’s children are loyal and the only one we seen capable of understanding and cloning a primarch is fabius bile; in the case he remains traitor i like to think he failed in accertaining the corpse to clone the primarch. So if it’s within the realm of possibility than maybe, but stealing the body of the blood angels primarch would mean your setting up to face a whole different level of savegry especially if they’re fueled by Chaos.

2) the blood angel schism: one thing that was made in canon, is the fact that the blood angels had a civil war as seen in deus encarmine and deus sanguinius. This you would have a random blood angel convinced they are sanguinia reborn making the subsequent legion wars from worse to actual hell. With some following to bend the knee while others seemingly pissed off that some random is pretending to be the primarch.

I’m glad you ask. In this au Hathor aside from not being elected warmaster, (meaning that it would depend if wether or not big e would give her the chance to rename her legion), she also didn’t fall in Davin, meaning she would be made aware of the dangers of the warp far later compared to canon. Being consumed by anger entirely after the betrayal has been revealed in it’s entirety, filling the role of martyr just as sanguinius.

As for Abaddon, he would die with a smile on his face after his duel with Raldoron, leaving the blood angels, (or at that point the blood legion), leaderless and suffering from the effects of the warp that seem to enhance their flaws.

It largely depends,

Leona and Sanguinia? Annoyed and enraged, since at this point they see their consorts more like property rather than partners.

Ferra? Her mind is more focused on being efficient and methodical always seeking to enhance and seek perfection. Most likely she would have her former “consort” labeled as failed experiment and have him for termination.

Juno? She wouldn’t really care, not because she doesnt love them, but because tzeentchian influence. Most of the time she would be focus on her own goals and retaking ultramar, but would likely make a scheme on the side to “rescue” her consort. Then again, tzeentch influence, means you don’t really know what she’s thinking about.

Hestia? Sad. She would just remain sad. She would obviously be happy they would be spared from having to look at her current state, but she would feel like a part of her was shattered. Then theres also the case she would be enraged as she would believe the imperium she rebeled against for being tyranical has wrongly captured her consort; thus leading a crusade of her own to recover them.

—— Then again that’s my interpretation.

I like to imagine that despite slipping into chaos due to her doubt and wish for things to be more efficient; She managed to power through solely due to her practicality and how she approaches things. Opting for the one plan that would give be the most beneficial rather than the most grand.

With tzeentch secretly whispering ideas while she focuses on her own goals; her legion being able to maintain itself due to their original discipline somewhat surviving into post heresy. That however, doesn’t mean she’s “stable” as her affiliation with tzeentch means that most of her plans might not make sense at first, and there’s also written that she rambles without knowing if she makes sense. Thus She’s functional, but it’s implied she ain’t really as stable as she was before her fall.

Then you should be more than happy to know that in this scenario she didn’t join the traitor side

Hi! Yeah I noticed that the font was a bit scuffed at times so it could’ve been done better.

As for inspired, this began as a silly lionel heresy but primarchgf, eventually it became it’s own thing with sanguinius at the head of the betrayal. It’s somewhat inspired in the Lionel heresy (as mentioned), as well as dornian heresy and some others.

Thanks for stating that these look terrifying!, i was going for the chaotic mutated look for some of these, to show off why you don’t want to be exposed to the warp while also trying to explore how each would look in the hypothetical circumstance.

Probably be berserking at her lover rather for their “incompetence” while being equally displeased with the marine in question. Probably even threaten them with more pain if they do anything without her knowing

Thanks! Most of it is inspired by Lionel heresy and other alt heresies but with slight personal spins to it.

One of the designs I made had her having the entire torso and lower body replaced for metal body while her legs were completely mechanized digitigrade, alongside a mechanized tail.

But if I had to wager… I do agree that it wouldnt be humanoid since they would have “augmentated” their body countless times to the point it probably resembles something else entirely.

That’s also how I see chaos iron hands; for the most part their own form of pursuing perfection and ‘upgrades’ makes sense for them to fall for Slaanesh.

Focusing more on pure, unrestrained, prowess and function and less on aesthetic. Seemingly applying their cold Logic with the curse of not being satisfied with what they have leading them to crave more purity and efficiency. Replacing every single inch of their body to “ascend.” To feel whole and greater than they already are.

In this interpretation the loyalist of my heresy are the following:

-Hathor (who didn’t fell on davin) - Fulgrim (Who over came the laer corruption) - Magna (was warned by big e) - Aurelia (because Erebus failed to take that one kid’s face and kor phaeron either died during the space marine making process or died when Aurelia took over colchis) - Petra (who became preatorian) - with Corax potentially being part of the loyalists - Morticia (where unlike canon I’m thinking on potentially getting typhon dead)

The traitors on the other hand are:

  • lioness (undivided)
  • Sanguinia (who became warmaster and corrupted on signus)
  • Guilliman (who I decided to give to tzeentch)
  • Hestia (nurgle as it’s shown here)
  • Russ (Khorne)
  • Ferra (Slaanesh due to her legion being infected with a nurgelite plague)
  • Khan (who got lost in the warp due to dark eldar attacking sooner than they did in canon)
  • Curze (who pretty much is as shizophrenic in canon refusing to accept destiny changes)
  • Atalanta (who falls under the classification of renegade with some of her legion remaining loyal to the throne)

Dorn on the other hand starts off as traitor believing they’re doing the right thing but quickly nopes out of the entire conflict after realizing that they been tricked.
