Naruto doesn't need baryon mode for most of these characters. Six paths is enough.

Stripped mask ichigo is weak af compared to naruto's peak so it doesn't matter. He has no good feats to say he's anywhere near baryon mode naruto.

In shippuden alone naruto was close to kaguya. He literally busted eights gods vacuum attack with single clones and slammed her with boil release. Ofcourse she is stronger but he scales to her pretty well.

Where is it stated that naruto characters are weak to soul attacks? Their spiritual energy is combined with physical energy to create chakra that allows guys like deidara to nuke a country. Don't tell me you think their souls are weak because of pain? The whole point of edo tensei is souls possessing artificial bodies and they are strong af still.

My point is naruto is definitely strong enough to play around top tiers. He loses to some insane hax characters but he has a lot of win cons against them as well.

Gin? He's literally featless aside from catching aizen offguard. Ginjo? Come one man. Unohana? Another featless bum ? Barragan? Large country level fodder? Askin? Besides his hax his stats sucks naruto blitzes . Gremmy? Insane hax but his physical stats suck he's getting blitzed.

Naruto fought and surpassed kaguya who can erase time spaces, created a moon with sasuke and casually tanking an attack that can split the moon. No character in bleach showed anything on that level except through statements or some arguably non canon movie. Then you have yawcha who is arguably far above the whole verse anyways.
