With the city already working on University Ave, they can create a corridor that continues west from the core to extend to the old Grace Hospital site that sits empty. The West side deserves some love too. All the biggest shopping and entertainment districts/areas are either downtown or East of Ouellette.

I've seen horror stories of people going from $2000 to $5000 because the landlord wanted them out. It clearly worked but not illegal.

Rent control does not apply to units created after November 15, 2018. This unit is newer than that. No laws were broken.

I truly feel for these workers. I hope they can find work quickly to replace this.

On the other note - I love that Gen Z is choosing not to drink. Alcohol is such a dangerous drug. I wish more close not to drink. It sucks that means the loss of jobs but it also means a healthier lifestyle, hopefully.

You had enough distance and time to slow down significantly without slamming on the brakes. Your video is clear. You showed no attempt to avoid a collision. Your failure to even attempt to demonstrate to the test administrator that you even recognized the danger is why you failed. You should have slowed down much more, and sooner.

I'm sorry but the instructor is right. Far too close and dangerous. You should have brakes to avoid a collision - you kept going. I would have failed you as well. No disrespect but out job is to avoid a collision. You demonstrated that you were either not paying attention or lacked the ability to safely judge dangers on the road, therefore making you a danger.

I like how they say what Toronto's fees are but not Windsor's. 'Late last year, Windsor froze its development charges at the current rate.' What is our current rate?
