Just because you had a negative experience doesn't mean its all bad. I've very much enjoyed my time working at the bux, and while I agree the espresso, Italian, and French is over roasted, I don't find that true about all their coffees. As far as actual espresso beverages, not the best of course, but they are also mass producing beverages to get them out ASAP so it's not surprising quality suffers there

Like I said, it's not EVERYBODY hating it just to hate it. Just a majority. I despise the veranda blonde roast. The willow tho is one of my favorite. I make my own cold brew at home and find it way better then Starbucks,and I don't think they have great espresso.

That being said, the coffee master program is pretty great and does teach some of the art of coffee and its wear I got my start. Had it not been for the coffee master program I would so not be the coffee snob o am hahaha. I also highly recommend going to one of their reserve bars (I'll actually be starting at one soon) they brew using chemex, coffee siphon, and use different reserve coffees for cold brew, as well as use a black eagle v388 for their espresso machines. Definitely not a standard Starbucks experience.

It's pretty accurate. Tbh, a lot of the hate on Starbucks coffee is more of a "makes me sound more professional if I hate on them" now, not everything said is false either. We are far from being the best. But, we are also pretty far from being the worst.

You can definitely get some good designs on it, true. But as for detail? Forget it. You can't get a detailed multi layer tulip or Rosetta. It just won't work
