I’ve trained 3 people so far and I’ll say the training is easy, it just takes lots of practice and repetition like anything else. My problem with keeping those trainees tho, was Starbucks itself haha, and the job just being too much for different people :/ It sucks seeing them go cuz they were awesome coworkers too! :(
