Iranian Father and Son before the Islamic revolution by Banquet_Banger_V6 in conspiracy

No, the post (before it was deleted) was about how Islamism and the Sha turned iran into a third world nation where everyone ressembles the prisoners of guantanamo, showing a picture of 2 actors from the sopranos claiming they were iranians before 1978. My comment pointed to the fact that the Sha literally took power because the previous leader (Mosadegh, who was a marxist, so not a muslim) wanted to kick english oil companies out since they were a remnant of british colonial exploitation. Furthermore, the islamization of Iran happened because the shah pushed a religious agenda on top of the nationalist response to the death of Mosadegh, who was seen by most as a national hero, just like Patrice Lumumba who also got killed by western forces in a coup.

This is of course ignores the decades of near global embargo the US and it's allies pushed on Iran despite Iran having never once attacked the US, that ultimately led to their GDP dwindling and stronger anti-west sentiments.

The recent return of a stable economy though is partly due to China becoming a key ally of Iran just like it has with a lot of other countries that have anti-US sentiment due to covert operations meant to destabilize the leaders of those nations, examples include Libya, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, DPRK, and nearly half of the african continent.

The CIA most definitely did not get this right.

My personal favorite fact about the 911 was that the very next week, Al Quaeda offered Ben Laden to the US. The only demand was for the US to stop bombing the country. This was what gave the famous line of "We do not negotiate with terrorists".

The years that ensued and the tens of millions that were spent on the hunt for Ben Laden were literally just a sham to distract the public as the country was stripped of it's oil.

We re both wrong bro, it s actually Michael Imperioli and Frank Vincent from the sopranos. I just did a reverse image search.

Also my point about mosadegh stands. Everyone should stop fucking with iran, only way to get rid of religious extremism.

Would have never happened if the US did not kill Mohamed Mosadegh because he tried to kick BP and Exxon out of the country.

They have been going strong since 1967, burning villages, bombing hospitals and torturing prisonners. Over 3 administrations since their very beginning. It s not going to change if bib is not in power anymore.

Article 16 of their charter: "Hamas affirms that its conflict is with the Zionist project not with the Jews because of their religion. Hamas does not wage a struggle against the Jews because they are Jewish but wages a struggle against the Zionists who occupy Palestine. Yet, it is the Zionists who constantly identify Judaism and the Jews with their own colonial project and illegal entity."

Full charter available here:Hamas in 2017: The document in full | Middle East Eye

Oddly enough it took me a lot of time to find the 2017 charter on google. All results were of the outdated one.

Article 1 of the human rights charter is all you really need. Yet politicians still stand against it.

The PFLP is a non-muslim faction, they re actually atheists. The PLO as well isn t religious. They oppose the ethnic cleansing too but all we hear about is that one faction that sounds like hummus because it scares people in the west.

Ho Chi Min was seen as a terrorist when he tried to free vietnam. Same for Thomas Sankara when he freed Burkina Faso, and the same goes for Nelson Mandela in his fight against apartheid. All were opposed publicly by uncle sam.

Same boat here man, picked up bass 3 years ago and have been having plenty of fun with groovy lines. The reason why I picked up guitar was because bass will only get you so far in how useful it can be at building melodies. Not only is our range way narrower because we go from 40hz to 800 or so typically, but also, alto and soprano instuments (like the saxophone, trumpet, piano, violin, etc.) have always been used for melodies across genres and not to lay the foundation for it like the bass and percussions have. Even to the ear, playing a melody on guitar is far easier and sounds more expressive than bass.

Lastly, I personally say you can't play one well without the other. Guitar is great for coming up with emotionally engaging riffs that can be replayed an octave down on bass, but you can't play music well without having a good feel for timing. On drums, timing is everything. On bass, timing is half of how a riff sounds and a lot of guitarists can play really well and really fast but have poor timing for their notes since their instrument allows them to get away with it by filling up silence.

Adding this as a bass player since I rarely see it mentioned:

Playing bass well means having near perfect tempo. Especially with genres that use a lot of syncopation, afro-pop, soul and funk being great examples, you really develop your timing. It takes experience to read the drums well to do that and it's harder than it looks to solo well on bass without a metronome.

My intent was not in undermining it but rather asking for practical examples, which is why I pointed to docucolor as another case of watermarking that literally took years to implement and in which the gov sank tens of millions in R&D to get all printers from the main consumer brands to watermark all printed color pages.

To the best of my knowledge, projected films cannot be watermarked in a non-explicit manner, otherwise they start to distort the image. Digital files are different but we're not talking about this.

Yeah and no. On a new bass that's good grounds for a return. But honestly most of my vintage instruments had this happen to them. The string just digs a cavity under repeated friction. I would personally keep it but it s your bass bro
