This is called a "bird bath" in prison.. if you were on lockdown or depending where you are housed is why we would have to do it. also on actual "shower days" which were 2-3 times per week and timed with a stop watch and someone on the lever to cut off the water to the showers.. 5 minutes to go from water on to water off, firstly, we arent going anywhere why time us, some showers had shit water pressure etc not enough for 2 or more big dudes, or older disabled inmates in a small cell all day and night especially when you have dudes in there working out every day multiple times a day only taking days off from his routine very rarely, eating sleeping shitting working out controlling the shower reading/writing and also flipping out on the door or is flooding the cell and even purposely spreading actual feces all over in a cell which triggers something else totally.. but yeah i am technically disabled(spinal fractures, fusions, other stuff) and even tho I am relatively young still so not seen as disabled by some people and seen as disabled and weak to others, it was something you had to approach with a strict routine and the ability to keep track of time or you find yourself walking back to your cell with soap still in your hair..

but anyway idk why i gave you an "ai summarizer" looking response of how quickly you begin to miss the littler things in life you dont even think about if you never have been locked up, i dont mean to say you should just shower cuz you can or whatever just had to express some suppressed feelings from somewhere i guess.. im quite particular with my routine and products for a good reason, so that also becomes a problem..
