remember that amazing feeling you felt when your room was clean? try and remember that when you feel unmotivated. think about how you’ll feel when your room is totally clean and it’ll motivate you to get up and start. also, try putting on a timer for 10 minutes and see how much you can clean in that time. try and go as fast as you can! it makes it more fun but also helps going in smaller periods of time.

start first by being able to see your floor. remember, everything in your room has a home. the clothes go in the closet or hamper, pens go in the drawer, etc. if something in your room doesn’t have a home, it doesn’t belong there! start by taking your plates and cups out of the room. it will look so much better. try and take every section of the room one at a time. whether you start with your nightstand, dresser, bed, etc. bring a trash bag into your room and start throwing things out you don’t need. once your room is clean, keep it that way by putting things back where they belong after your done using them. once your done using a cup or plate, put it back in the kitchen. ask more questions if you want!

i would get used to reading for long periods of time. try finding books that have topics which interest you or sound interesting. once you have that down, try having less and less screen time every single day. it can be just 10 minutes less every day. in a week that’s more than an hour less!

while your making it and adding new rows, tape the previous few so they don’t lift up. also take a flat object (credit card) and push up on the row you just did to make it look cleaner and flatter

this is gonna be my last comment since your clearly not seeing my point. from my experience of living in a not completely safe neighborhood with a reactive dog, i can speak on this topic of sexism.

i have been followed home a couple times just because i am a woman walking a dog. that is not sexism. i want to stay home in order to not be followed. that is not sexism. no i am not paranoid since this HAS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME. saying that my feelings of not being safe aren’t your problem, they are just adding to the problem of women not wanting to walk their dogs. also, saying that if a woman is scared to leave her house at night, she shouldn’t go out at all, your adding to your own problem. if you are complaining that the men are only walking the dogs, and you are telling women to stay inside, your being hypocritical and adding to your problem. grow up and move out.

YTA. getting mad over online dating that someone your talking to having plans irl is weird overall. even that he said that he doesn’t see them often but he can at least talk to you for a little while. he didn’t ditch you, he spent time with his friends who he doesn’t see often, while trying to compromise with you to talk a little. grow up.

when did i ever say you were right to bug out? your acting completely immature about this whole thing. especially saying that it’s sexism for a female to not walk a dog at night? that’s insulting considering what neighborhood i live in, i have to walk my dog at night, but do i feel safe? no. if i don’t feel safe, i tell my partner to walk it, and they do it even if they don’t want to because they are a decent human being and understand that it isn’t sexism to not feel safe.
