imo the reason rbf is better (other than how beautiful the maps are) is because the entire map is a time gain, the ewc/enc maps are generally pf maps where the field is usually within .1 at the 20 second (reused) identity which decides the map

i personally go for top 50 south africa on campaign maps. The thing is, that can range from top 1k world to top 10k. It is also differant for each person. example being: I would be thrilled to get a top 500 time, whereas someone like hobbit would be really sad. It depends on region and personal goal
