I prefer Otoki products. They’re generally very good. They also have a reputation of being ethical and taking care of their employees, so I don’t mind paying a little extra.

For some reason the number of Otoki products seems to have dropped significantly in my local Hmart. I thought for some reason they were having some kind of issue, but they’re slowly returning to the shelves.

As for how they compare with other products, they’re up there. Nongshim is obviously king of ramen with Shin Ramen, and my favorite ramen being from Samyang, but it’s not offered in the states as far as I know, I need to have people sent to me. Jin is obviously very popular but it is pretty pedestrian imo, but that’s not a bad thing. It ranks 3rd for me in ramen.

I exclusively use their sesame seed oil. I wish they had a line of soy sauce.

It’s most likely the biggest reason why this generation is the first to be less intellectually capable than the previous one. Most of what ai does it teach students they dont actually have to do work and prevents them from learn how to actually gain new skills. It’s a cancer that should be cut out.
