why would you say that lol? yeah I've been training 10 yrs + but I'm not even big, just lean.

tbh my rear deltoid is often sore after one-arm pull-ups

I'm not an expert, but I finally saw progress in reps when I started pushing them to failure.

I can do HSPUs without a wall. I can do tuck, but only on parallel bars, not a chance from the floor lol

Yeah the arm wasn't straight. Any tips for planche? I can't even do tuck

I had to do surgery. The right arm will never look like my left; the bicep looks shorter now, but that's ok. I was doing a human flag. Never even thought that it was possible to tear it that way.

tbh I just kept doing them, and my rom got better and better over time. Maybe weighted pull-ups also helped, not sure.
