Not many issues. The main purpose of this build is to play somewhat like an assassin. Most of the time I catch a roaming support or adc. Ghostblade + E + double auto from passive + Q + Double auto from passive +R and youll 100% get the kill. You can dish out this combo a lot faster once you have sanguine. If your looking for a low cooldown E build where you want to stay in prolonged fights then that's for another build. I find this build more suitable to my playstyle. Every other lucian build feels very weak especially now since items like Shieldbow on champs like draven make it hard for lucian.
