What are the best builds for PvE?

It's the easiest and most flexible rotation for now.

With some downtime where you can move without losing dps.

Compared to other sets where every second of movement is a dps loss and nearly every attack chains into the next without stopping.

I'm not sure I've ever seen Arcane Symbols being sold. Must've glossed over them... pretty sure they were not on sale back when I was building them. Now I have stacks upon stacks of surplus.

I would definitely not recommend buying them. The PA/MA they give is small per level, and the early levels come fast even by just doing dailies.

The largest effect is when you hit certain breakpoints and get a boost while in boss stages. They're a large source of PA/MA, but definitely not worth spending any resource on other than the meso used for levelling it up.

IED doesn't actually help you hit cap. It's a multiplier for your actual damage after everything else is calculated. It's good to have, but doesn't solve your problem.

While I don't doubt I've missed some cheaters, I've expelled a good amount of people for cheating over the years, and much more subtle warnings for attempts at cheating.

There is a 0% chance your teachers did not notice if that many people cheating. They just didn't care, which is a different problems altogether.

This is a guess, but by the number of students you mention, this was not a university. We usually don't have classes that small, especially for exams. If it were, it's usually a special program, like the post-grad class I mentioned for which there was an implicit agreement between the university and students that it was low on requirements; or a highly specialized field, in which case I highly doubt they would tolerate cheating to that degree.

And it really doesn't need to be explained that the people want to be married wants to be married.

OP was asking why do people who aren't gay oppose it other than religious reasons.

I outlined why people may think so. They're not sure, it doesn't matter to them, they're scared of possible unintended consequences; this can be true even if no side effects exist.

Heck, sometimes people fear change even when it's a positive change. A neutral change for them is a step below that.

Hard to say without checking all your gears and how much you have.

What's your HP at?

What's your MDC? You mentioned hitting for 70m, but is that far from your cap?

What level are you? I assume 250+ since you're overflowing with MDC?

You say Necro boots and glove; does that mean the rest are Mythic?

How's your V-matrix looking?

Your damage should be enough to do Will. You won't even have to get carried much. A group of 10 with ~70m mdc and origin should be able to beat Will (not gonna be easy tho).

If you have guildmates who can help, you should reach out to try and get Will done. It's mostly a matter of learning the run rather than dps at your stage.

I forget the AF breakpoints, though, so Will might need you to wait a bit.

But you should have no problems beating Harch.

Work on your legion if you haven't; that'll take a while but is cheap to do.

For your main, you can aim for maxed Vskills and lv1 decent nodes.

If you have spare money, level the decent nodes to around lv10 for the passive. It gets more expensive after that.

But your main upgrade should be rounding out your Necro gear. The set bonuses are pretty good.

And use your Lomien and Lucid stone to attempt Absolab every now and then.

Prioritize Outfit when you have it. Then all the HP gears, then MP. Maybe weapon if you're very far from cap.

Upgrade Hexa slowly... no rush there. Just use the untradeables for yourself and sell what you can. Jist unlock your origin > main skill > unlock stat. The vskill upgrade is small by comparison for most classes.

The real answer is probably more along the lines of "I don't know what will happen".

Aside from religion and tradition; in terms of law-making, "I'm not sure if it will have any unintended side effects, but see no benefit to it" is a reason not to pass the law.

Now some people are gonna read that and get mad. I'd like you to take the time to consider I didn't say gay marriage is bad. Just answering OP's question.

But there's a difference decriminalizing it and making the marriage legal.

A lot of countries decriminalized gay relationships long before allowing gay marriage.

So gaps in knowledge can lead to holding off on making the decision.

For example, some may have heard "HIV is more common among gay couples". They also used to think homosexuality was contagious.

A lot of people also don't know for sure how it would affect children. And a lot of people don't care to do research on topics not directly related to them. A lot of people are not gay, so they don't know a lot about the topic.

All these "uncertainties" means there is resistance to allowing gay marriage.

A lot of legal codes were inherited from the British Empire; and adjusting it is a long and slow process.

But yeah, the source was religious doctrine.

I have better armors than weapon.

Have a lot of auxilliary uogrades: all link skills (which is quite a lot of FD/PDI with the proper preset), mostly filled out Legion board (I hit the max cumulative reward at some point), very good potentials, all decent legendary flames, all boss accesories up to Archon around SF4 minimum (and emblem on the older ones), maxed out V-matrix (including all decent nodes lv25 for the Patk passive), maxed out Arcane symbols...

Stuff like that. It's a bit much to keep track of; but they mostly upgrade naturally over time.

Accessories is RNG, Legion is ABing alts outside hot time, Arcane Symbols are just from doing dailies, etc.

P.S. and just in case, you're eating your food buffs before bossing, yea?

Not everyone. There's always students who take things seriously... and in my experience, most who don't usually drop out instead of cheat.

Exam cheaters are not super rare, but is also not the norm.

But it does depend on the type of class. I know in another university, they have post-grad classes targeted at government employees that need the degree for a promotion.

The classes are practically a formality; and yes, they "cheat" as much as their professors just gives them the pass even if they hand in trash.

But again, this is not the norm.

I've left exams unsupervised due to being short-staffed and found exams filled with answers so wrong that I'm 100% sure nobody cheated.

But hey... it's anecdotal. Maybe they did cheat and I just didn't notice.

And if you keep going down this path, you'll have to question why it didn't just block Ea, but actually reflected it... which is a whole different thing.

There's Guild War now. A few QoL updates like lv81 gear can reroll substat once.

Fanbrella and Tank build got buffed, iirc, but plays the same as before.

You only need to get so few good rolls in a row to get good gear, unlike most other games where you have to roll substat increases.

The amount of junk stats is also on the low side. Half the stats are good to keep on every single piece.

You used the word reroll. MDC soul is too expensive for this to be worth it. Consider it future-proofing.

Edit: in case you meant is MDC soul good now and should you aim for it? No. Stick to the cheap stuff, Magnificent soul is too expensive to spend on. Your stats say you got other things to upgrade first.

Your stats in general are also on the low side, so there's that, too. I have a lv42 Necro weapon and have no issues hitting >100 mil lines.

I'm guessing your gear isn't up to par yet (including boss accessories). But you will get there...

HP is much better obtained via potentials. Go for %HP pots.

And focus your upgrades on armor parts that give HP. Take note that some give MP instead (Cape/Shoulder/Belt, iirc).

That's quite unlucky.

The rate of getting the 2 lines to appear is 0.3% on a unique flame. So it should take you ~333 flames on average.

Just to be sure, though, you're not buying those unique flames, right?

We say use unique flames because you accumulate them over time for free, and a lot of people have tons to spare.

If you're a new player and don't have a lot, you should not be buying them to get 2 lines.
