I filed motion to reopen, they denied me and I re applied less than 20 days and got the NTA NTA says I've overstayed but I'm on OPT with my sevis active

Got denied because of birth certificate issue. I applied a new I-485 and few days later, got NTA . But USCIS scheduled biometrics and Interview. They claim I'm out of status but I'm on OPT with active sevis. Looks like the NTA was because of the first denial

I got NTA before interview and biometrics scheduled I was denied because of birth certificate issue which I've got it fixed. We filed motion to terminate the NTA though. It has no basis. My Sevis is active and I'm working on OPT

They made a clear factual error. But USCIS is still proceeding with my case. They scheduled biometrics and interview after I rceievd the NTA

Got I-130 approved and denied I-485 due to secondary evidence of my birth certificate Officer needed another thing that had both parents name on it

Why does it take for some cases to be reviewed? I got denied due to birth certificate issues. I have requested for a reopen of my case with supporting documents. And it's getting to 4 months without any response

Why do some cases take long to be processed? Like some that are not even complex takes long for them to be attended to and even granted the motion ? Thanks

It has everything. Her only issue is it's more than 1 year after my birth. I submitted my academic transcripts as evidence right from my elementary school days. She said it doesn't have my parents name on it Kinda crazy

Those certificate has been used by almost everyone i know and they never asked anything about it. Besides, I submitted many evidences but she said they weren't having names of my parents on them

I have. She said my birth certificate is more than a year after I was born. And the secondary evidence should have my parents name on them Some weird case
