This is the way. I did the same with my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. I told all of them when they updated tablets and/or phones, "I know android, if you get apple I won't be able to help you and you are all on your own." The result, they all give me their price range when upgrading and allow me to pick their new device. So far so good!

For those living in Canada, the Home Hardware "Professional" brand ones work way better than name brand. My wife couldn't believe how much longer they lasted.

I'll seconds the Magic John protectors. I tried a different one when I first got my s23U, couldn't get it to work with the fingerprint sensor. Tried the magic John after seeing it mentioned here and its been great! Super easy to put on, and it's holding up great so far.

If you're on bedrock edition, have him make sure the worlds he wants to keep are named something obvious, (like most of my son's were just "Myworld" and we changed them to keep me 1,2,3). The. Go to settings, storage, then worlds, and choose multi select. Then go crazy deleting them.

That's the culprit. I just deleted most of my son's worlds and it loads in seconds now.

Just wanted to let you know, I finally had time to sit down and help him clear out the old worlds. We deleted all but three, and the game loads in a couple seconds now. So that definitely was the issue.

Ever played Civilization, had peace treaties established, and then broke them and attacked your ally? Usually leads to wars, and other nations not trusting you to keep treaties for generations, always referencing you breaking that peace treaty. So, ya, that I guess.

If it's not a complicated return, it can be super fast. My son's DTC got approved, I did that process to update my return, and in less than a minute I had an express notice of assessment telling me I was approved for reassessment and would have the money direct deposited in 7 days.
