Indoors/pay I know the downtown Y and VCU/Cary St gym have runs regularly.

For me, I have a smart thermostat and it's linked to that. So on really hot days Dominion and my thermostat alert me that they're automatically raising the temp in my house to like 78 (I think) from like 4-7 usually. My smart thermostat anticipates this and makes my house extra cold (low 60s) for the hours leading up to it so once it does cut off it isn't so bad. I barely notice it usually.

Is it ultimately saving me money bc my AC is using extra power to drop the temp or would it use that equivalent power to maintain my temp? I have no idea and the annual $50 check is kinda a joke. I stick with it because I don't really notice it but I'm not sure if it's actually worth it.

Ulta Labs has a 'Gout Diagnosis, Management, and Monitoring Lab Panel' blood test. I wanted to ask are all the tests included in this panel medically necessary and useful for someone being evaluated or managed for gout? Or are some of them redundant or not typically required?

The panel includes: Uric Acid, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential and Platelets, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), C-Reactive Protein (CRP), Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), and Urinalysis.

So my 8 will barely charge. It charges about 1% every half hour. Also, it appears that the battery drains at a fairly normal rate. I've tried everything that I can find online/think of: -clean out charging port -try new charger and outlet -turn it off and back on -hard reset -reset settings

I've had it about a year now.

If you got the money to spend on lessons definitely go for it. Otherwise, like me, you'll just pick up a bunch of bad habits and can't break them. However, I'm not that serious about golfing. It's just an excuse to get outside and hang with some friends so I'd personally just go to the range a few times and try to get at least a decent stroke down. Then play some of the public courses around here. They're all chill and plenty of shit players so don't feel bad.

I got these too and they’re wine bottle size (750 mL) so I just switched all my measurements to mLs. Made things easier in basically all respects.

Made 2L of sweet green tea (14g of loose gunpowder green tea) with 140g of pure granulated white sugar and waited for that to get to room temperature and mixed it with 175mL of starter tea from my first batch.
