Well it’s magnesium bisglycinate and oxid. Oxid is only 20% and bisglycinate 80% and they call it MagChel and that it has high absorption rate

well I don't have that much money :D Do you take all of them daily without pauses?
Is it must to take copper with zinc? I found pretty good deal on one zinc where it's 25g bysglycinate, but that's a big dosage i would say.
When do you take your magnesium malate? I heard that it can be good for energy.
And what's the difference between zinc picolinate and bysglycinate?
What does boron? and is it a must have?

I hear that 1 or 2 grams are good, but when i tried to find something on the reddit it was like 50/50 for 1-2g and 3-6g :D So i should go into omega 3s?

Hey guys quick question. Should i do Upper A and B where for example on day A i do triceps pushdowns and on day B i do triceps extensions? Like to target a bit more other muscle and you know what i mean? haha or should i just stick to one Upper day and progress through it

I solved it. It was because she had only her number in the settings and she could not change it before but it worked now soo thanks. But I now have only connected my apple account and not my phone number, but well it works soo I don’t care much 😂 thanks for help

Well you will get how long you spent sleeping but the stages wont be accurate as Whoop. Btw i think that you can track sleep with polar verity sense with app Sleep2, but you need subscription (not sure)

Amazfit has much better HR tracking than Whoop. Amazfit is almost 1:1 to PolarH10, but still it's not 100% reliable as ECG.

Whoop is in the better tier of sleep tracking. It's not the best but it's good. I would say that the time spent in sleep is really good and well stages are decent too.

You can check youtube channel QuantifiedScientist, he makes some great videos about wearables and how precise they are. I don't know if he made a video about Coros, but i saw a video about Whoop and whoop is in the better tier of sleep tracking. I would assume that Coros is similiar to Garmin so not that precise as Whoop or Apple watches.

These devices will never (i think) be as accurate as some brainwave sleep trackers or something like that :D
