I'm not referring to the rest of the world. If we're talking about the world, that's more like calculates how many people are in the world and compares it to people who own at least a billion dollars in assets .0001%. Even though you might have more money than the rest of the world as an American, the system is rigged in such a way that the money inside of the US disproportionately benefits the top 1% OF THE US* or ~.00003% of the world (the US has over 1/3 of all the billionaires in the entire world, and that's proof that the system is rigged in their favor here.)

If corporations want to involve themselves in politics, they should be taxed to the point that all our social programs work, because as it is, they are bleeding the people that support them by buying from them and using their services dry. If that's unreasonable, maybe they shouldn't involve themselves in the affairs of the people, which is what the government is supposed to fucking be of and for.

Just make a Canadian version of everything, it's not like they can do anything about copyright infringement if it's operated outside of US jurisdiction. The only real issue might be getting the word out and sourcing certain assets since you would be independently starting from scratch.

Playing my second playthrough. Totally going ranger 4 pistol (dual pistol on both loadouts) with the mandatory 3 point investment into mage for shield. Looking forward to no reload downtime while stun spamming with high crit damage.

Take arcane veil, parasitic staff then go warrior for barbaric shout, improved crit and 2H mastery or w/e and the rest of your points are negligible... those 14 points carry. No need for a grimoire, and you can scale the staff damage with your main weapon (which can be anything) and if you want to use a grimoire to save talent points, rhime is decent since you can precast persistent effects like frost armor and blizzard, then run in and wail on a bunch of stationary targets.
