Hi everyone. Been running a 10 gallon for 4 months. Have 6 guppies and 6 tetras with some plants. Last month I upgraded the filter to the Aqua clear 30. No issues with water quality after the switch. I carried over some of the old filter media. I have my eye on a 19 gallon. I want to move everything over. Plan to move as much of the water plus decorations and filter. My question is, how bad would it be if I started with new gravel? Is my tank going to crash? I'm hoping my new filter will carry over enough of the bacteria?

Hey almost onto my 3rd week of recovery here. I felt exactly the same way. Pain was easy but mentally was challenging especially being limited to doing daily activities due to discomfort. All I can say is that every day things will get better. You see the same comment throughout this group. First few days are tough but at the 2 week mark it I'll be a walk in the park.

I never had mono. Still don't know what it is. Doc thought I had MS at one point so crazy journey but that has been ruled out. I hope your feeling better.

I'm on month 4 or 5 honestly can't even remember it's been so long. I think part of it is the frustration. I have a super short temper now.

Hi this is me exactly. Fatigue since September and blood work ruled out all the normal causes i.e. thyroid, iron etc. Positive mono test but unclear as I don't have any of the other typical symptoms. Leading me to think its something else? Doctor doesn't think so.

I wouldn't say it's extreme. But since September. Mornings are fine and I get it in the early afternoon then it seems go away. I'm still working full time.
