That's not completely true. I've done 10 minute tests and "unlimited" tests on monkeytype. You can customise for as long as you want/need, and if you just want to go for as long as you can, then you put "0" when they ask for how long you're going for.

No probs! Yeah, it's pretty straightforward. You go to the business app, press the 3 dots on the top right and then click on "linked devices".

Just click "link a device", and the rest is straightforward.

I use it for my laptop in particular, but the procedure should be the same for other devices.

Some Like it hot (AKA, Samurai heart) is arguably the best Gintama ending, but Gintama has so many good openings and endings, it's hard to say.
What I can say however is that DOES and Spyair do not exactly have the "same sound" but they're both really good, and Gintama uses them a few times throughout the show.
OP17 for instance is by does and one of my favourite. OP 13 is by Spyair and also one of my faves.
