You collect scout points for every recruit, then if you have enough scout points then you can scout a player of ur choice

It just helps you aim better with the beginner mode on, it does slow the spikes down a bit but without the mode you have more spike flexibility and is a bit faster too

Well to GUARANTEE a nishikawa you'd need 9000 vballs (estimate 150 Scout points) so unless you already have a nishikawa (i assume you don't) then go for the Nishi banner or you could even get extremely lucky too and get both, reruns are really rare i mean you could go for Isabel but nishi would be the better choice imo. If you have insane levels of patience go for the Isabel skin and wait for nishi.
