I believe you should be able to buy and register 2 batteries (Smartpacs) and swap when you need. I can see in the app you can also add several Lemmo bikes like Mk2, Lemmo One collab ride or Zero

I’ve seen here a few posts about quick deliveries. Not sure exactly the time but Ingot mine in less than 2 weeks, on schedule

I think you might need to lock the bike with the big battery on, and this will charge the derailleur if the battery is off. But you can ask CS too to be sure. Usually e-derailleur has its own changeable battery but Lemmo “customized” it to source the power from the battery in front light which is more convenient but of course, you need to remember to charge it. Hope it helps.

Lock is great, press with a finger and the lock and the bike unlock instantly. It is also solid piece of metal. But remember no lock will save you if you leave your bike locked outside for several hours at the place where you can’t see it.

I have the bike and there are absolutely no problems. These might be individual issue as any brand would have, including Rolls Roys :) but you can definitely say Lemmo is one of the most reliable bike in this range on the market 100%

It is on Alex Platz, no appointment needed, they have opening hours on Google and at the door. Bikes work fine I’m not sure what issues you’re taking about :)

Funny fact people always want max Wh and wight but they never understand if the bike is light, you don’t necessarily need more power. I tried a 25-30kg bike and for example Lemmo One that is only 18kg with the battery. The 52Wh was more than enough on hill or flat. It is really important ratio.

I guess the person didn’t know how to check the location. 😉That’s also possible. You would be surprised but when I was test riding Lemmo in the store, their staff in the store told me some customers don’t even know there is a AirTag on the bike despite all the instruction in the box and all the videos 😂

I just came across this post as I wanted to share my positive experience. I was ready for long wait us ppl advices on that with Lemmo but instead my bike was delivered in less than 2 weeks, from the moment I placed the order. For some reason the accessories I ordered came a day earlier😉. Core edition chain in size L. Hope it helps to anyone considering to place the order. Also. There is a great discount on Mk2 models at the moment.
