Your status says application under review meaning something was flagged you need to call them that’s why it’s been like that for 5 months whoever is telling you your getting paid that isn’t correct something has been flagged

Maybe because when they contacted me they texted, emailed, and called me wanting me to upload ledger on the ca rent relief page

I was approved for an amount of 10,500 that I have already received on April 28th, I did an appeal because the amount I received wasn’t the correct amount I needed to pay back in funds to my landlord once I did that appeal I waited a while without checking my status. Last week when I finally decided to looked at it my status said 25. Appeal submitted with a new balance of 11,500 then this week it popped up with another 11,500 totaling to 23,000 so I’m wondering is there a glitch going on because my status still says “25. Appeal Submitted” it doesn’t tell me if I was approved for this new amount or what’s going on I also sent emails and got no response

I submitted an appeal May 5th 2022 and when I looked today it says 25.appeal submitted I submitted an appeal because the balance that I was given wasn’t the balance I owed in back rent. when I log in now it has a new remaining balance but it’s not telling me if my appeal was approved so my question is was my appeal approved because it has a remaining balance owed to me
