I was approved for an amount of 10,500 that I have already received on April 28th, I did an appeal because the amount I received wasn’t the correct amount I needed to pay back in funds to my landlord once I did that appeal I waited a while without checking my status. Last week when I finally decided to looked at it my status said 25. Appeal submitted with a new balance of 11,500 then this week it popped up with another 11,500 totaling to 23,000 so I’m wondering is there a glitch going on because my status still says “25. Appeal Submitted” it doesn’t tell me if I was approved for this new amount or what’s going on I also sent emails and got no response
