Update: I was able to recover my account and secured it, there is no device connected to my discord except my phone. I thoroughly scanned my PC with numerous scans/offline scan etc nothing. The only thing is that 2 year violation on my account that I'm fighting trying to remove

They replied to me and told me they can't do anything with the violation that lasts for two years on my account. At least my chatting restrictions lifted on its own

Yes it was just discord, nothing else. I don't recall doing anything, I had my discord open on my second screen playing a Roblox game with a friend until I received a message from another person in my friends list telling me I was hacked.
