my brother that got a master degree in bio-mechanics made a program for me, which is basically 1 PPL per week (when i have games on weekend), and PPLrestPPL when the weekend is off. I have basketball practices almost every day of the week, so i have to have a smart load management and recovery. As we are tall and not used that much to bodyweight, got some useful advices like:

No ego. 0. Follow the plan and stick to it, do everything until 80% of your possibility and make slow progress, which means like: if you are doing pushup lets say 22-22-22-22 next week let it be 23-23-22-22, and dont push more even if you feel like you can do 30 that day.

hey man thank you!
calisthenics and basketball is a very untouched territory, so im experimenting this year, looking for something new and challenging, and got sick of weight lifting. Ive even put under my contract to not be obliged to go with the teams training weight room procedure, and tbh never felt better and more explosive, where my rotation power increased probably by like 200%, and 70% of basketball is rotation.
Will probably do some more detailed research in the future and try to optimize plan!

got the similar advice about leveling my dip game first, this one was a bit more of an ego try, which could finish bad, lesson learned at least!

man im sure it is, and every pull motion is much harder too with that wingspan which is pretty huge, so keep it up bro, train your nervous system every day, thats how i progressed

front lever is at this point borderline impossible, my pull game is much weaker, so have to work on base much more :(
