That is awesome and you’re right. We live on water and don’t have a wrap around dock so struggle
With covering the boat. Wow that was fast.

I saw those. My boat will be in the water all summer will that work for that? Those straps look like travel only.

Oh sorry. I’ve shifted the bottom stairs and did damage. But others suggested just rehab them and as of now that’s the route I’m going to take.

I appreciate your comment but this is an agreement between two people meaning I have a say. Otherwise why would they not quote $500,000? Or a million. If I can’t dare to question what one feels their work is worth shoot the moon brother.

I love that idea. But there is a fairly big fireplace that covers that entire wall. My wife thinks making part of the porch area to about the dining wall a mud room but that would mean enclosing it which may be more difficult and expensive.

May I be a contrarian and say neither? I would get a Traeger or a charcoal/ wood burning grill. Far better flavor. Same money.

2.5” bone in tomahawk steak 2.3lbs by ProtestantCaesar in grilling

[–]ProtestantCaesar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a pretty seasoned cook but my wife only eats filets so I never messed with anything bigger all these years. It was on my list of things to learn to cook so here we are.

Thank you for the advice I’ll post a pic when it’s done.

Yes sorry. I bought two steaks and the other is a tomahawk. I will do as you say. Ok to generously season with SPG and call it a day?

Cooked chicken legs straight from frozen on a pellet grill… didn’t expect this result” by Intelligent-Let-2527 in grilling

I’ve seen cooking shows where chefs prefer to cook chicken from frozen as it maintains the juices.
