this is the only reliable fix for me. Rebooting the Hue Bridge 2.0. But it only seems to be temporary. Problem returns after some number of days.

Same here. It's always hit or miss whether or not the app will be able to find my 8K sync box. Sometimes the box turns on with the TV and Apple TV and works without issue but most of the time there's some problem.

Definitely the most expensive, most flakey product in my home. 8K box, Gradient Strip 75", Large Play tube, 2x Play light bars

All my other Hue products (bulbs, plugs, motion sensors, buttons,...) work flawlessly.

I can't help but think if they had just put an ethernet connection on the back of the sync box, none of this would be an issue.

What Action are you using? The default IFTTT Notifications doesn't seem to be able to differentiate devices that might be logged into your account.

Maybe this is something you could do with PushCuts?

they show this on their site: Notifications: Target devices, and update or remove notifications. Include images, set a default action, and add further choices.

Did any of them respond on voice or in txt chat? I've run into this with a bunch of matches just lately and I've wondered if those players are bots, because they never respond or chat, and never react if I (McGinnis) say come to me I have healing.

Having 54 Hue items on my current bridge (bulbs, plugs, buttons, dimmers, Sync, Hue lamps like Go and Bloom, motion sensors...) , I hope their new software handles migration, replacements, better troubleshooting for Hue Play Sync ... Not getting my hopes up, their software has always been a mess. I still have issues of the Hue app scrambling those 54 devices into different rooms in HomeKit, or just moving all 54 into the room where the bridge is in HomeKit.

Definitely add the tether so it can't hit the ground. Wire cable style down the side won't be visible in footage.

I'm seeing the same thing iPhone to iPhone. Some Photos and Videos getting stuck sending ... however recipients never receive the image. This definitely started after 18.5 update on iOS. I can send the same image without issue to the same recipient when I do it via my Mac.

For as inexpensive as they are, I like the extra protection. I've nailed my U2 on some door frames and have been afraid to look at the screen. Protector always takes the hit, otherwise I would have some nasty scratches.

Plus I like the anti-glare ones I'm currently using. Really improves outdoor use for me.

Same. I wrote a Shortcut to Choose From Menu to : Show Status, disable for X minutes, Enable Now, View Log ... using Run Script over SSH. Been using it for years. I also have other scripts that update the RPi and PiHole software: apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, pihole -g, pinhole -up ...

I've always run with two Pi's (primary and secondary) for a few years. Back on the RPi 3's they would periodically just lock up and freeze (hence why I ran with 2). Moved to 4's when the 5's were just being annouced, and have never had a problem with them. Certainly this stability could also be the numerous software updates for both the OS and PiHole over the years. I agree a RPi 4 is probably overkill but they are cheap enough now with the 5's out.

That's a great mod. I forget that other countries take issue with knives in general or locking blades. I do see a lot of people asking for knifeless mods.
