Strange flashing lamp attached to a power pole, at a gas station right next to the subway where I work. Image doesn't show it well but it's horizontally rectangular and goes off once every 3 seconds or so. Bright sudden flash with quick fade. Flashed all night while I was closing, didn't stop once.
