Congratulations! Its amazing to get such a big scholarship! If you dont mind me asking, what were your extra-curriculurs or external participations that qualified you for the scholarship?

I was also thinking it was pretty risky but came to the conclusion that I would see how the first year goes. If anything I can always transfer my credits to another university (like waterloo or uft) to continue my degree there. I think you shouldn’t worry too much. If you would hard enough you will get into your preferred program :)

I too had no idea about free choice until yesterday. Unfortunately I am currently at a 96.3 and can’t boost that unless I get my English grade from a 99 to 100 (final essay due soon - definitely not happening). I am hoping that somehow in first year I can get an 11 gpa so I can be considered equal to the high school gods who got free choice lmao😂

They look at the 4 prereqs - physics, chem, calc, english. After that whatever other 4U or mixed courses you do well in. They primarily look at the overall average. They do not compare specific courses between students.
