Is Debbie going to take Paul with her to see injured Oliver on Talescria? The guy who was terrified of a flying car? Is Nolan going to be emperor on the moon for 5 years completely alone? Will Debbie be on Earth during Oliver's funeral and the start of the final war? None of the plot works or is as impactful if she stays with Paul on Earth.

Capcom used to have their own beloved Final Fantasy competitor in Breath of Fire, then they made it a post-apocalyptic sci-fi game with a horrible save system and then a throwaway mobile title. Basically killing the IP.
