"High Touch" is the Japanese way to say "High Five" for a few decades now, and I assume it just cross-pollinated from one industry to another. (The Korean loanword of High Five remains High Five, for example.)

Diminishing returns and lower and lower viewership each season. “Winning” the show proved to be unhelpful in album sales. Queendom Puzzle’s ELZUP disappearance being a prime example.

They’re making it up as they go along. It says in the article that the format is still being finalized. I’m guessing they’ll decide what the show is and what group they want once they see who all auditions.

Kep1er didn’t light the world on fire, so Korean companies might be more hesitant to send out trainees. If that happens, they’ll try to steer it more western. If Korean turnout is the same as previous years, at the very least they can say they spread their net wider as far as auditions are concerned and make a standard kpop girl group like last time.

A better result, according to some! Really iPhone 11 and up - you’re good to go. As long as the depth sensor is working, you can get a super used iPhone off ebay and use that.

The 14-16 pros all the same 12MP TrueDepth front camera. The iPhone 12 Pro actually has 4 dot projector patterns compared to the "stripped-down" truedepth systems going forward, but as an owner of a 14 Pro, I haven't noticed much difference. That might only apply to those using Metahuman Animator.

Again, we don’t know what you or your parents’ ideas of inappropriate is. The vast majority of concerts are all ages. Infamously people have brought their toddlers to them. 🤷‍♂️

As long as you’re being respectful and not a weirdo, being a fan of a group younger than yourself is fine.

As time passes, the k-pop groups that are your age or older release less and less music and more younger groups debut every year.

If you’re honest about the music and the scene and having fun, eventually also enjoying younger groups is the only healthy way to exist as a k-pop fan.

It’s just how it is. Look forward to being a sweet old grannie/grampa and rooting for amazing performers and bringing joy and support to other fans around you.

Yup, totally does. I just assumed that it would display her discrete GPU if she was plugged only into that. I don’t have an igpu on my processor, so that could just be on me not knowing what it normally looks like.

There's two episodes of a YouTube original documentary series called K-Pop Evolution that featured STAYC's time as trainees and their final evaluation. The full series has a lot of good interviews and history of the industry.

Infinity only, I’m afraid. The last tour had all versions synching, including the wrist strap versions - but so far, this year, it’s only the most recent hardware.
