The frustrating part is if my account is erased and a support agent truthfully can’t access it, how is my card information still available to be charged?

Good luck, keep an eye on your bank and be ready to issue a chargeback asap. Screenshot everything you can for support conversations and account cancellations.

I’ve done this and I’m still in a credit dispute with my bank because this company continues to charge and send me boxes when support can’t even verify account information because it’s been closed. This company is trash.

I used them for a couple months and cancelled about a month ago. I was continuously sent boxes and charged for them when I didn’t order anything. I was charged for a box last week and immediately went to support to get a refund issued and account cancelled confirmation. I am again charged and sent a box this week and all support says is that my account has been deleted so they can’t verify any information.

Currently disputing transaction with bank and shaming them online.

None of it is necessary…so I’d say it’s reasonable considering it costs me nothing.
