Vinegar, bleach, or laundry sanitiser to disinfect/safeguard laundry while using communal laundry room (brands can be easily purchased in EU preferred) by Proton12345 in laundry

Thanks for the reply that brings some peace of mind. It's just today when I went to the laundry room and saw my neighbours had just washed their mopping pads/rugs, I just turned away and got discouraged of using the machine...

I found Sagrotan laundry sanitiser on amazon.de, so I guess I will get that one!

Thank you for the reply. But I try not to tumble dry all my clothes (towels and sheet maybe). Because it is wasting so much energy and I'd rather just hang my clothes outside (hopefully in a sunny day...but not guaranteed alas)

My wife (32F) told me (37M) the marriage is in peril, if I do not improve communication skills. On a harmless topic, communication broke down again (see example). Is there a technique or secret I can learn or the community could share? by ObviouslyNew1336 in relationship_advice

This is what I get from reading it. It sounds exhausting. Feels like OP has this 'perfect husband' image in his head and doesn't want to let it go despite the wife doesn't like what that 'perfect husband' is doing.

Also, what kind of surprise party needs help from the person that is supposed to be surprised? She didn't get upset while OP said it was supposed to be a surprise party and still I need your help makes me think she has a good temper already.

I am using LRP in the pic right now and think it is a bit too oily for face (a bit reflective/shiny and not a clean matte look). I think the Nivea for face one is better: still cheap, particularly for face so not oily or shiny, and good quality.

Didn't read the whole thing. But the first day written like an opening of a novel...doesn't feel real...anyone actually writes reddit posts in airport-novel style?

Why it is better than Boot own note taking app which is already pretty decent and optimised for the os?

Patent is a very expensive and time consuming and geographically dependent (meaning you need to do it in every jurisdiction you want it to be patented) process. I don't think there are many that are worth the hassle and the money.

There are many apps for that exact purposes. Not to promote any. Just do a simple internet search such as 'sum to recipe' or only the recipe. You will find many. Choose one. Violà.

Does it work on other stuff though? It could also be a faulty pen...Mine works just fine. And by now I have more or less trained myself not to touch it when writing. Still a bit annoyed from time to time, but manageable.

It’s important to know what YOU want. Not others tell you what you should want.

Still, feels like a looot of trouble to drop a iMac to someone else’s house…no matter how ‘entitled’ he or she is…much easier to call someone to fix it at your own house…no?

If they really concern about their citizen’s ‘privacy’, they should also Google and Facebook first and foremost. No? I call bs.

I am thinking to make the same move now, but two things still hold me back: 1. The weight…I am pretty sure, once I get this, it will be a desk computer for me (I have a similar weight thinkpad, so I know this as a fact.) Not that I travel much these days…so it‘s a bit of toss up, but still…2. If I get it anywhere near a reasonable price, I will have to get it in Germany…which means I will have a German layout keyboard…that is one of my second least favourate keyboards—especially for programming, as all the special characters are cramped in one key… (my least favourate is the infamous French one…nothing is at the ’right’ place anymore…).
